Welcome to Creativepro Design. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the digital services we provide to our international clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Creativepro Design operates as a digital agency providing services such as web design, web development, and related digital solutions. We primarily serve international clients located in the USA, UK, Canada, and other global regions. The specific scope of work for your project will be defined in a mutual agreement or project proposal prior to commencement.

2. "Pay After Completion" Payment Model

We pride ourselves on a trust-based relationship with our clients. Our standard payment model is structured as follows:

• No Upfront Fees: We do not require a deposit or upfront payment to begin work on standard projects.
• Project Completion: We will execute the agreed-upon project scope and present the final deliverables (e.g., via a staging server or design mockups) for your review and approval.
• Invoicing & Final Payment: Once the project is approved by you and deemed complete according to the initial scope, we will issue a final invoice.
• Handover: Final source code, high-resolution design files, or migration to your live production server will be executed only after the final invoice has been paid in full.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to provide all necessary assets (text, images, branding guidelines, server credentials) required for the project. Delays in providing these assets or delays in feedback and approvals may result in an extension of the project timeline.

4. Scope Creep and Revisions

Our project agreement covers a specific scope of work. While we accommodate minor revisions during the review phase, any significant additions, feature requests, or design changes introduced after the initial scope is agreed upon will be considered "scope creep." These additional requests will be evaluated and may incur separate charges, which will be communicated and added to the final invoice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Creativepro Design retains all rights, title, and interest in the work produced during the project lifecycle. Upon the clearance of the final payment, full ownership and intellectual property rights of the final deliverables will be officially transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our agency portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Because we operate on a pay-after-completion model, we invest significant time and resources upfront. If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced but before completion, Creativepro Design reserves the right to bill for the prorated hours and resources expended up to the date of cancellation. In such events, no files or intellectual property will be transferred to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creativepro Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital deliverables, including but not limited to server downtime, loss of data, or third-party software breaches after the project has been handed over.
